Russian telecom operator Beeline and Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University signed a cooperation agreement to exchange technologies, develop and jointly promote solutions in the fields of telecom infrastructure, data processing centers, information software as well as analytical and control systems.
Among other things, the two organizations plan to create solutions using artificial intelligence for the early diagnosis of diseases. The proposed solutions will be created within the scope of Sechenov University’s databases from of laboratory and instrumental studies, anamnestic data and treatment tactics for patients.

In July 2021, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation announced that together with Rostec the government body has created the first version of the federal AI platform for healthcare, which will combine anonymized and labeled medical data into verified datasets.
